DIB Strides To Salary Steps Challenge: Terms & Conditions
Challenge Rules:
The challenge is open for users to join from 25 Sep to 8 Nov 2024. Please note that only UAE residents are eligible to win the draws in this challenge.

Eligibility:
10 winners will each receive AED 10,000 in their Dubai Islamic Bank Current Accounts. Winners will be selected through a draw, conducted by a Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) official on 28 November 2024.
A DIB account is not needed to join the challenge. However, to be eligible for the AED 10,000 grand prize, users must have a DIB current account. Don’t have one yet? Download the DIB app and open an account with ease. Please note, an AED 25 account opening fee applies for new accounts.
Winners will be notified via email and announced via Fitze’s social media channels on Instagram & Facebook @fitzeuae.
To qualify, users must complete the Challenge by walking 200,000 steps in 20 days.
Users must have a Dubai Islamic Bank current account to enter the draw and stand a chance to win.
Weekly Winners:
Additionally, 80 users will win AED 500 shopping/utility vouchers from renowned UAE brands through weekly draws.
Winners are not determined by leaderboard rankings but selected via an automated draw.
Sync your steps daily to ensure your progress is tracked and to be eligible for the draw.
Double Your Chances of Winning:
Fitze PRO subscribers receive two entries into the draw upon challenge completion.
General Rules:
Fitze discourages cheating and promotes fair play across its platform and challenges. Manipulating activity data, such as using external apps, manually logging exercises, or using unsolicited means to boost steps, will result in automatic disqualification and ineligibility for the giveaway.
If You Are Using a Fitness Tracker / Smartwatch:
Sync your wearable with your phone before 12 AM daily to ensure your progress is saved and your steps are counted towards the challenge.
Step Source:
Ensure your steps are syncing with the app. In case of discrepancies, contact Fitze through the in-app live chat.
Make sure Fitze is successfully paired with one of the step source apps on your phone (Apple Health, Google Fit, HUAWEI Health, Fitbit, or Garmin) for accurate fitness data. Visit the Step Source section in your profile settings for help.
Earning Coins:
1,000 steps = 1 coin.
Every 1,000 steps, whether through a challenge or general activity, will earn users Fitze coins, which can be spent on unlocking rewards listed on the app.
Start and End:
Regardless of when you join the challenge, steps recorded from 12 AM onwards will count toward Day One’s challenge progress.
Progress Tracking:
Your progress is tracked in real-time via your tracker, smartwatch, or phone pedometer/health app that is synced with the Fitze app.
Joining and Leaving a Challenge:
Tapping the Join Challenge button enrolls you in the challenge. Users can opt out of any Fitze challenge at any time but will lose all progress made in the challenge.
